Night School #4

But if anything happens to them she won’t be able to live with herself. The fightback starts here. Everything is at stake now. The winner takes all…’ (Goodreads) (400 pages, 15th May 2014, Atom)

This book was so hard to get into! The beginning was so action-packed and the moment Allie got back to Cimmeria the story dragged on. Nothing happened. The half of the story seemed just be speculation about what could happen and different scenarios were discussed, but nothing… actually… happened… Only the end was interesting and actually kept me entertained.

The end of this book, such a cliffhanger! It got me excited for the last book who will come out next year. And I’m glad it’ll be finally the end. I think this series has one book to many, but I still like it even with all of its flaw.

I do think Allie was a bit more grown up in this book. She still worried a lot and she still made a lot of mistakes… but, she made actual decisions and when she was wrong she knew it right away. Her character developed so much in this book and I could more easily connect with her in this book. Also Sylvain was so charming! He always knew what to say at what time. But Carter was annoying. Only at the end he loosened up a bit and then I felt in love with him all over again.

I would like to know how this story continues and ends, so I will definitely pick the next book up when it comes out.
